I have 2 children fundraising – why can’t I create a page for them each?
Sadly, only one Rainbow Challenge fundraising page can be created per account. You need to create a new account to create a second page. If you have any problems just email JustGiving help@justgiving.com
I’ve fundraised online – how do I get the money to you?
The money you raise will automatically come to Tommy’s. Please just ensure all your donations are on your page by the fundraising deadline of Sunday 15 September 2024.
Where do you send prizes?
Certificates and prizes will be sent to the address that you provided when you created your JustGiving page. If you have moved just update your address here.
When is the fundraising deadline?
Sunday 15 September 2024.
When will I receive my prizes?
Prizes and certificates will be posted out in October. This is because it takes us 3 weeks from the fundraising deadline to get all the donations onto the system, and then we allow a little time for the packing and posting.
What are the prize Ts & Cs?
Amounts exclude gift aid. To be eligible for any fundraiser prizes offered by Tommy’s all donations must be received by 15 September 2024. Prizes and certificates will be posted out in October 2024. Prizes are subject to availability and so may differ from images shown. To be entered into the prize draw for the Boden voucher and Paultons Park family ticket you must fundraise by setting up your own JustGiving page and your fundraising must be received by Tommy's by 15 September 2024.
